Based in Georgia, Brett Alexander Matcheck currently serves as a technical services coordinator for RAS Systems in Peachtree City, where he leads a customer service division that encompasses more than 3,000 accounts. Since joining the company, he has developed innovative processes to improve the overall customer service delivery model, and a technical training program for newly hired engineers in order to backfill specialized skills in anticipation of future employee retirements. Brett Matcheck also serves as a member of the United States Air Force Reserves, and organizes schedules for more than 100 employees in order to fulfill 24/7 flying operations.
Brett Alexander Matcheck previously served as a senior executive for the Barksdale Air Force Base, where he oversaw the standardization and evaluations departments and managed the employee qualifications program. He also served Barksdale as a chief executive assistant to the commander, and an executive manager. Additionally, he spent 7 years at the Creech Air Force Base, where he directed an administration program for 230 employees.
Mr. Matcheck holds a master of business administration from the American Military University.
